Signing in with IP authentication or Single Sign-On (SSO)
There are two methods of authenticating and logging in to The Social History Archive: using IP authentication, and using SSO authentication.

If your institution has registered for IP authentication, you can log-in using https://www.thesocialhistoryarchive.com/wayf
SSO
We are a registered provider with UK Access Management Federation and OpenAthens. If your organisation is already part of eduGAIN or OpenAthens you can sign in and view our free records without requesting any setup steps from us.
I'm having trouble signing in
If you believe you should have access to The Social History Archive but are having trouble with signing in, please contact your institutional library team.
