How are sessions managed?
Understanding session behaviour, logout rules, and IP/SSO fallback
Logging out
- Users remain logged in until they explicitly select "Log out".
- Closing the browser does not end the session.
Automatic logout conditions
- If a user moves outside of a supported IP range and IP is their only authentication mechanism, they are automatically logged out.
Fallback to IP after logout
- If a user logs out of SSO but remains within a supported IP range, they continue to have IP-based pseudo-anonymous access.
